Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) preview the 2026 NFC North, breaking down the win totals and division odds for all four teams. The guys give out their favorite bet on each team, then close it out with a division lock.

The 2026 NFC North is a two-shelf division. Sean and Ryan spend most of the show arguing about how much daylight sits between the top and the bottom. Chicago and Detroit make up the top shelf. Green Bay and Minnesota sit a notch below. And both guys think those shelves are a lot closer than the win totals make them look. That gap between the tiers is where most of the betting value lives this year.

Minnesota is the fade of the group. Sean has the Vikings at 8-9, and Ryan went even lower at 7-10 after talking himself out of a bump he could not find on the schedule. Kevin O’Connell keeps this from being a full bottoming-out, and Brian Flores has one of the better defenses in the division. But the offense is the real question mark. Ryan’s favorite Vikings bet is the team total points under 386.5 for the season. He also sprinkled Justin Jefferson for Offensive Player of the Year at 20-1, then took Jefferson under 6.5 touchdowns as the hedge.

Chicago is where they plant their flag. Ryan is all the way up at 13-4, and Sean bumped his number to 11-6. Both sit comfortably over the 9.5. The market already has the Bears projected as favorites in twelve games this year. And Ryan is done fighting the Caleb Williams regression takes heading into year two of the Ben Johnson offense. His best bet is Colston Loveland eight-plus touchdowns at plus 300, a price he called ridiculous. He is also on the NFC North division winner at plus 305, with Rome Odunze a fun Offensive Player of the Year longshot at 150-1.

Green Bay is the one team both guys faded to the same number. They each have the Packers at 9-8, under the 9.5. Josh Jacobs landing on the commissioner’s exempt list hangs over the backfield. The offensive line is the real worry, and Micah Parsons is not expected back to full strength until around game six. Sean still respects the floor with Jordan Love and Matt LaFleur. But he sees the ceiling capped this regular season. The optimistic angle for both is Tucker Kraft, and Ryan’s best Packers bet is Kraft eight-plus touchdowns at plus 340.

Detroit is the one they split. Sean has the Lions at 10-7 and under the 10.5. Ryan has them at 11-6 and over. Both expect Jared Goff to throw the ball a ton behind a defense that is missing pieces early in the year. So Goff most interceptions at 42-1 is in play for both of them. Ryan also loves Jamison Williams to lead the league in receiving touchdowns through the first three games at 80-1. And he sees a soft early schedule giving Detroit plenty of chances to stack wins and points.

For the division locks, Ryan takes the Chicago-Detroit exact-order box at plus 350. He is betting the top two teams finish in that exact order, and he liked it enough to pass on a Bears win-total play. Sean keeps it simpler and grabs the Bears over 9.5 wins.
