2026 AFC North Preview (Ep. 2663)

2026 AFC North preview podcast

AFC North Preview Recap

Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) break down the full 2026 AFC North preview. They hand out win totals, division odds, and best bets on every team. So the headline is simple. Both guys ride the Steelers over 8.5 wins as their favorite division bet. Both also live under on the Browns. And both fade the Ravens well below a gaudy 11.5. The only real split is Cincinnati, because Kramer stays over while Green ducks under.

This is the divisional wrap after all 32 team previews. First they revisit the win numbers they handed out earlier in the summer. Then they fold in the camp and injury news that has landed since. So the value comes into focus. They trust Pittsburgh more than the market does. They also think the Ravens are wildly overpriced at the top. And they are happy to let Cincinnati sit as the coin flip. Then they lock it in.

Cleveland Browns Win Total And Best Bets

The Browns number is 5.5 and both hosts live under it. Kramer has them at 5-12. So he will not hand over any of his leftover wins. Deshaun Watson opens as the starter off an ugly preseason. But both guys already call Shedeur Sanders the best quarterback on the team. And they see a benching in play early. Kramer’s best bet is Cleveland under 4.5 wins at +180. Green goes all the way to the floor. He also takes the Browns for fewest wins in the league at +1050. Then he pairs them with the Raiders as his worst-team tickets.

Pittsburgh Steelers Win Total And Best Bets

Pittsburgh is where the room gets loud. And it is the favorite division bet on both sides of the desk. The win total sits at 8.5. So both guys are comfortably over. Kramer talked himself all the way up to 12-5. He buys the Aaron Rodgers signing and a Patrick Graham defense he expects to be frisky. He also trusts the running game under Mike McCarthy. Green has them around 10-7 and rides the same over. So the shared value play is the AFC North at +550. That corners the division against all the Ravens hype.

The number Kramer keeps coming back to is the team total. The market hung Pittsburgh’s 2026 point total at just 350.5. That is one of the lowest on the board. But recent Steelers teams have cleared it with room to spare. So he plays the Steelers over 350.5 points for the season. They also just need to average about 21.7 a game to get there. Then he stacks Rico Dowdle for a first 150-yard game at 30-to-1. And he adds Nick Herbig defensive player of the year at 500-to-1.

Cincinnati Bengals Win Total And Best Bets

Cincinnati is the one team that splits the desk. The total is 10.5. Kramer stays over at 11-6. But Green ducks just under at 10-7. Green likes the Dexter Lawrence addition and a defensive front that has flashed in camp. Still, he cannot shake Zac Taylor’s history of blown games. He also points to a first-team offensive line that got pushed around in the preseason. Meanwhile Kramer keeps a small AFC North sprinkle at +200. So he owns both the Steelers and the Bengals as a Ravens fade. Then he tosses in Joe Burrow for a first 400-yard passing game at 9-to-1.

Baltimore Ravens Win Total And Best Bets

The Ravens are the team both guys are strategically fading. And it is the loudest position on the show. Baltimore’s win total is a whopping 11.5. The team is also favored in 14 games. But neither host is anywhere close. Kramer lands at 7-10. Green sits at 9-8. So the case against is stacked. There is a rookie head coach and a 30-year-old coordinator calling plays for the first time. The projected starting center is also lost for the season. Then add a shaky kicking game. And finally a brutal early road schedule that opens at Indianapolis and runs through a neutral-site trip to Brazil.

Kramer’s favorite bet in the whole division is Baltimore to miss the playoffs. So he is fading a team the market treats as a lock. He also plans to shop that price at Circa over the weekend. He even floated a Ravens-miss and Rams-miss parlay at 17-to-1. Green will not go quite that far. But he sits on the under and calls miss-playoffs the lowest he will drop. Both keep circling the same worry. First, a rookie staff. Then a road-heavy open. And finally a Lamar Jackson who has battled health and conditioning questions before.

The 2026 AFC North Preview Locks

Lock time lands on the same team twice. First, Green keeps it simple. He takes Pittsburgh over 8.5 wins. So he is riding a Steelers group he still calls well-run and winning through the coaching change. Then Kramer plants his flag on the Steelers over 350.5 points. That is the number his model screamed about the loudest. So both are fading the other two top dogs in the division. And both are buying the team everyone keeps talking over. Next up is the AFC South preview, with college football Week 0 the same night.
