Surviving CJ: Selection Monday Casting Call
Selection Monday landed on Bottom Line Bombs and CJ Sullivan (@CJSullivan_) turned the whole thing into a casting call. More than twenty fans sent in video auditions for the only job that matters this NFL season, riding shotgun as CJ’s Circa Survivor pool partner. CJ ran it like an American Idol tryout with a betting problem and stacked the panel with two guest judges, Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric). Every pitch got the full treatment: buzzers for the hits, red flags for the disasters, and the gold button for anybody who actually earned it.
The tape did not disappoint. Faustino kicked the field off brandishing a travel-size ladder. Dead Money Dara lit a blowtorch on camera and stacked his own ladders. Brad went on record that he likes horse and started a ladder rivalry of his own. Dr. Molly pitched herself as a walking NFL slot machine, a full shirtless run rolled through the audition reel behind Air Traffic Control and Standup Jackson, and then Luke the young sharp walked in and stole the entire show. Familiar faces got their reps too, from Box-Tee John to Big Cat and Little Cat, before the judges had to get serious and start cutting.
After the buzzers cooled off, the panel argued it out and got the field down to a final five: Faustino, Dead Money Dara, Brad, Dr. Molly, and Luke. Five very different flavors of degen, all one round away from spending the whole NFL season attached to CJ’s survivor pool card.
That final five gets the featured panel treatment on Wednesday, and the winner gets crowned Friday live from Las Vegas while Circa signup weekend is in full swing. One of these auditions is about to become CJ’s Survivor partner for the year. Watch it back, judge along at home, and pick your horse.
