NFC East Preview Recap

Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) close out team preview season with the 2026 NFC East, and the two hosts have never been further apart. Sean smashes the Eagles over to 13 wins while Ryan talks himself into a 14-3 Giants team behind Jaxson Dart.

This is the last division preview of the year, and by the guys’ own count it caps roughly a decade of team previews. It also handed them the widest win-total split of any of the 32 shows they did, and that gap lives right at the bottom with the Giants. Sean sees a broken seven-and-a-half-win roster; Ryan sees a sleeper he keeps talking himself into. From there the two also line up as hard unders on Washington and Dallas before splitting again on the Eagles.

Nobody Agrees On The 2026 NFC East Giants

Sean is out on New York. He has them under the 7.5-win total at six wins and doesn’t trust Matt Nagy to unlock Jaxson Dart or the secondary to hold up. His best bet is Giants fewest wins at 30-1. Ryan then went the other way and kept climbing, bumping the Giants to 14-3. He likes Greg Roman fixing the run game and thinks the world sleeps on this offensive line until Andrew Thomas locks up Myles Garrett on Monday night. Under all of it sits a stack of longshots: Abdul Carter Defensive Player of the Year at 65-1 is his best bet, with Malik Nabers Offensive Player of the Year at 55-1, Isaiah Likely most receiving yards at 100-1, and Jaxson Dart MVP at 70-1 riding along.

Washington is the one team they shake hands on. Losing Laremy Tunsil guts an already shaky offensive line, and Sean worries about how long a svelte Jayden Daniels stays upright behind it, so he’ll take Terry McLaurin under 949.5 receiving yards. Ryan has the Commanders at 6-11 and hammers under 2.5 division wins, with a side of Washington fewest wins at 35-1 and a hard look at the 0-5 start.

The Cowboys Under And The Eagles Over

Dallas sits at a 9.5 win total, and both guys are under again. Sean reminds everyone they’ve gone 9-6 to the under on Cowboys win totals over 15 years of doing this, drops them to 3-14, and makes no Cowboys playoffs at -110 his favorite play. Ryan skips straight to 0-17. His best bet is Dallas under 441.5 team points, and he keeps stacking the doom: the 0-5 start at 50-1, last winless team at 60-1, fewest wins at 70-1. No Micah Parsons, a tackle they traded for the week before Week 1, and a Pickens-CeeDee room he thinks the market is way too high on.

Then the reigning champs. Sean smashes the Eagles over 10.5 all the way to 13 wins, and it starts with a defense he thinks has the best cornerback room in football plus a Jalen Hunt breakout (over 6.25 sacks, or 10 sacks at 5-1). His best bet is DeVonta Smith Offensive Player of the Year at 100-1, and he adds Dallas Goedert over 4.5 touchdowns, Lane Johnson protector of the year at 18-1, and the Eagles to win the Super Bowl at 20-1, no jinx. Ryan sits at 9-8, trusting the defense more than a thin receiver room. So his best bet is the exacta: Giants first, Eagles second, at 14-1.

Tomorrow night is win-total locks and final predictions. Ryan says he’s looking forward. Sean’s still getting his Jaxson Darts out.
