Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) break down the 2026 NFC South preview. They walk the win totals and division odds for all four teams before handing out their favorite bets. Nobody in this division is priced above 8.5 wins. That is the first tell that no one trusts these teams to run away with anything. So the guys spend most of the hour arguing over which of those middling numbers is actually wrong. Meanwhile, the fight that ran the whole episode kept circling back to New Orleans, where the two of them could not have been further apart.

Start in Atlanta, where the number sits at 6.5 and both guys want the over. Sean keeps it measured at 7-10. But Ryan is all the way up at 10-7 and might be the highest man in America on the Falcons this year. His favorite bet reflects it: Atlanta to win the division outright at +425. That is a real number for a team most people are sleeping on. Sean would rather bet the back of the offense, taking Bijan Robinson over 8.5 rushing touchdowns. He also has a longshot for Bijan to lead the entire NFL in rushing scores at 18-1. Both angles lean on the same idea, that this offense scores a lot more than 6.5 wins worth of points.

Carolina is the flip side of that agreement. The total is 7.5 and both guys are under at 7-10. So lining up on the number doesn’t mean either of them is buying the team. Sean’s favorite here is a division jab: the Panthers to finish with more wins than the Cowboys at +265. He is betting on Carolina’s floor over Dallas’ ceiling. Then Ryan goes a step further, taking Carolina to finish 4th in the NFC South at +235. Bryce Young is the quarterback the whole thing rides on. And his over 20.5 passing touchdowns came up as a number worth a second look even with the under on wins.

The 2026 NFC South Bet That Split The Guys

New Orleans is where the show turned into a real argument. The total is 7.5, and this is the one team the guys landed on completely opposite sides of. Sean is over at 10-7 and made the Saints his favorite bet of the entire episode. He is hammering over 8.5 wins at +150 and treating that price like free money. But Ryan is all the way under at 6-11. His favorite is Tyler Shough under his passing-yards total, fading the quarterback the whole projection hangs on. Same team, same number, two guys pounding the table in opposite directions. That split is the poll question, and it is the entire episode compressed into a single bet.

Tampa Bay is the class of the division at 8.5. And once again the guys are together on the over, Sean at 9-8 and Ryan at 10-7. Ryan’s favorite leans on the tight end nobody is talking about: Cade Otton over 3.5 touchdowns. He also likes Otton to find the end zone in Week 1 against Cincinnati at +310. Then it all funnels back to New Orleans for the locks. Sean’s lock of the show is the Saints over 7.5 wins, doubling down on the team he already made his favorite play. Ryan’s lock is Tyler Shough under his passing yards, the exact spot he is fading the same roster Sean is buying. Four teams, four totals, and the whole thing comes down to whether the Saints are good. Pick a side.
