NFC West Preview Recap
Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) preview the 2026 NFC West, breaking down the win totals and division odds for all four teams. The guys give out their favorite bet on each team, then close it out with a division lock.
This is a division with a clear top and a clear basement. The Rams are the favorites to win it at +100, the Seahawks sit next at +205, the 49ers come in at +305, and the Cardinals are an afterthought at +10000. So the win totals line up the same way. Los Angeles opens at 11.5, Seattle at 10.5, San Francisco at 9.5, and Arizona all the way down at 3.5. Two questions run through the whole show. Who do you actually trust at the top, and how far does Arizona really fall?
How The 2026 NFC West Sets Up
Up top, the Rams are the number the guys kept circling. Both took the under at 9-8, and Sean made Rams under 11.5 his division lock. His reasoning was blunt. He does not believe in Matt Stafford. Stafford has cleared a total this high just twice in seventeen seasons, and the alternate prices back the read. Under 10.5 pays +180, under 9.5 pays +350, and missing the playoffs sits around +395. So the market agrees the ceiling is thinner than the headline number. Still, both hosts stopped short of the doom scenario and settled on nine wins as the landing spot.
Seattle got the same treatment, both hosts on the under at 10-7 off a quiet offseason that left the roster looking a lot like the one already priced at 10.5. But San Francisco was the one team they bought. Both took the 49ers over the 9.5 total, Sean at 10-7 and Ryan at a bullish 12-5. Twelve and five is a real vote of confidence, and Ryan pressed the bet further. He stacked the 49ers to win the NFC West at +305 on top of the over, a single ticket that fades Seattle and the Rams at the same time. Then the guys moved to the bottom of the division.
Arizona And The Last Winless Ticket
The Cardinals win total sits at 3.5, and the two of them actually split it. Sean took the over at 4-13, Ryan the under at 3-14. But Ryan’s favorite bet in the whole division lives here no matter which side of the total you land on. He wants Arizona to be the last winless team at +240. That is a bet on a soft early stretch and a roster that can steal a game before the teams above it get right. So he is not really fading the win total. He is pricing when that first win shows up, and he thinks it takes a while to arrive.
So the two locks land on opposite ends of the division. Ryan is hammering Arizona to be the last team standing without a win at +240. Sean is riding the Rams under 11.5. One bet says the basement is deeper than it looks. The other says the ceiling is lower than the number. Everything else in the 2026 NFC West falls somewhere in the muddled middle, and that is right where the guys expect the season to sort itself out.
