Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) break down the entire 2026 AFC South preview: win totals, division odds and their favorite bets on the Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans. The guys go team by team, from whether Houston can win the division at 9.5 wins, to a Jacksonville squad they keep betting on as a live longshot, down to how far under they can push a Titans team nobody wants to back.

They start at the bottom with Tennessee, and it is the one number they cannot get low enough. Both hosts sit under the Titans’ 6.5-win total. Kramer takes it further. His favorite bet in the whole division is the Titans under 5.5 wins at plus-154, a rookie-quarterback team he has projected straight into the basement. Cam Ward is the other angle he keeps circling, with a most-interceptions price that only trends one way for a first-year starter behind a rebuilding line. From there the two of them work their way up the division, and the value only gets more interesting.

Colts And Jaguars: The Middle Of The AFC South

The Colts are the cleanest over on the board, with both guys comfortably past 7.5 wins. Their shared best bet is Tyler Warren over 5.5 receiving touchdowns at plus-124, a rookie tight end they expect to live in the red zone from the jump. They also flag CJ Allen at 20-1 for Defensive Rookie of the Year, a price that dipped on an injury scare and then climbed right back. Nobody is overthinking Indianapolis. That is the point, and it is the rare team where the hosts and the market actually agree.

Jacksonville is the sleeper they keep circling at plus-245, with both hosts over 8.5 and Kramer all the way up at 11-6. Green likes Trevor Lawrence under 25.5 passing touchdowns, a play on volume and game script more than talent. Kramer goes the other way on the offense. He backs Parker Washington over 5.5 receiving touchdowns at plus-145 on a much bigger role than the market has priced in. If the Jaguars finally take the step both hosts keep waiting on, both of those tickets cash together.

Houston And The 2026 AFC South Preview Locks

Houston is the chalk at 9.5 wins and both guys are over, Kramer up at 13-4. His cleanest ticket is the Texans to win the AFC South at plus-110, with the team points total over 380.5 riding right behind it. Green would rather get paid on the way there. He takes Nico Collins for most receiving yards at 30-1 through the first three weeks, betting Houston leans on its number one receiver early and often before the rest of the league catches up to the price.

When the locks come around, nobody flinches. Kramer rides the Titans under 5.5 and Green rides the Texans over 9.5, and the two of them keep landing on the same question the division never quite answers. Is Houston good enough to hold off a Jacksonville team both of them want a piece of, or does the sleeper end up crashing the party? Either way, the guys are off the Titans and all over the Texans, and everything in the middle is where the real arguments live.
