2026 AFC North Preview (Ep. 2663)

2026 AFC North preview podcast

AFC North Preview Recap

Sean Green (@SeanTGreen) and Ryan Kramer (@KramerCentric) are back with a full 2026 AFC North preview. They break down win totals, division odds and their favorite bets on the Ravens, Bengals, Steelers and Browns. Can Baltimore clear a whopping 11.5 wins? How high do the Bengals go at 10.5? From there, the guys keep riding the Steelers and debate how low the Browns can fall. Then they lock in their AFC North best bets, futures and division longshots.

This is the divisional wrap after all 32 team previews, and the story is a division the market has upside down. Both hosts ride the Steelers over 8.5 wins as their favorite bet on the board, both live under on the Browns, and both fade the Ravens well below a gaudy 11.5. The only real split is Cincinnati, where Kramer stays over and Green ducks just under. It is a rare preview where the two of them agree on three of the four teams and still find plenty left to argue about.

Cleveland Browns Win Total And Best Bets

Cleveland sits at 5.5 wins, and neither host will go anywhere near the over. Kramer has them at 5-12 and will not hand back a single one of those leftover wins, with his best bet the Browns under 4.5 at plus-180. Deshaun Watson opens as the starter off an ugly preseason, though both guys already call Shedeur Sanders the best quarterback on the roster and see a benching in play early. Green takes it all the way to the floor. He backs Cleveland for fewest wins in the league at plus-1050 and pairs the Browns with the Raiders as his worst-team tickets.

Pittsburgh Steelers Win Total And Best Bets

Pittsburgh is the team both hosts keep pounding, and the win total sits at just 8.5. Kramer talked himself all the way up to 12-5 on the Aaron Rodgers signing, a Patrick Graham defense he expects to be frisky, and a running game he trusts under Mike McCarthy. Green lands around 10-7 and rides the same over. Their shared value play is the AFC North at plus-550, a bet that corners the whole division against the Ravens hype.

The number Kramer keeps coming back to is the team total. The market hung Pittsburgh’s 2026 points at just 350.5, one of the lowest on the board, and recent Steelers teams have cleared that with room to spare. He plays the over at 350.5, a line Pittsburgh only needs to average about 21.7 points a game to beat. From there he stacks Rico Dowdle for a first 150-yard game at 30-to-1 and adds Nick Herbig for Defensive Player of the Year at 500-to-1.

Cincinnati Bengals Win Total And Best Bets

Cincinnati is the one team that splits the desk. The total is 10.5, and Kramer stays over at 11-6 while Green ducks just under at 10-7. Green likes the Dexter Lawrence addition and a defensive front that has flashed in camp, but he cannot shake Zac Taylor’s history of blown games or a first-team offensive line that got pushed around all preseason. Kramer keeps a small AFC North sprinkle at plus-200, owning both the Steelers and the Bengals as a Ravens fade, and tosses in Joe Burrow for a first 400-yard passing game at 9-to-1.

Baltimore Ravens Win Total And Best Bets

The Ravens are the team both guys are strategically fading, and it is the loudest position on the show. Baltimore’s win total is a whopping 11.5, and the team is favored in 14 games, but neither host is anywhere close. Kramer lands at 7-10 and Green sits at 9-8, because the case against stacks up fast: a rookie head coach, a 30-year-old coordinator calling plays for the first time, a projected starting center lost for the season, a shaky kicking game, and a brutal early road schedule that opens at Indianapolis and runs through a neutral-site trip to Brazil.

Kramer’s favorite bet in the whole division is Baltimore to miss the playoffs, fading a team the market treats as a lock, and he plans to shop that price at Circa over the weekend. He even floated a Ravens-miss and Rams-miss parlay at 17-to-1. Green will not go quite that far, but he sits on the under and calls miss-the-playoffs the lowest he will drop. Both keep circling the same worries: a rookie staff, a road-heavy open, and a Lamar Jackson who has battled health and conditioning questions before.

The 2026 AFC North Preview Locks

Lock time lands on the same team twice. Green keeps his simple and takes Pittsburgh over 8.5 wins, riding a Steelers group he still calls well-run and winning through the coaching change. Kramer plants his flag on the Steelers over 350.5 points, the number his model screamed about the loudest. Both are fading the other two top dogs in the division and buying the team everyone keeps talking over. Next up is the AFC South preview, with college football Week 0 the same night.
