Two teams with opposite conference records hook up tomorrow in Toledo’s Savage Arena, as the 4-9 Bowling Green Falcons are in town to face the 9-4 Toledo Rockets. That’s not all that is opposite – the Rockets are 8-2 at home this season, and the Falcons are 2-8 away from home.
All this is to say that the Toledo Rockets on the spread is my best bet for tomorrow. They’ve already beaten Bowling Green once this season, an 84-71 victory on enemy turf last month. Plus, Toledo has won six of their past eight games, while Bowling Green has only won three of their last 10 games.
Based on my numbers, I have this game lined up as Toledo -11. So we’re getting plenty of value on the Rockets on the spread tomorrow at the books.
