The segment opened with a quiz. Ryan asked Sean whether he could complete a pass to Jeremiah Smith from the five, and Sean said a slant would get completed. Then Ryan asked when Ohio State last won a regular-season game at the Coliseum and answered it himself: 1946. Colby called it a nice stat.
Colby took USC right after that. He does not trust young quarterbacks going three time zones, called it a great spot for USC and leaned toward the money line. Sean said he just hates this USC team, but they are coming off a loss, they are at home and Ohio State is the visitor from the other coast. He took the home dog and said he does not love it.
Colby added that USC’s fans are out on their coach, but it is such a TMZ game that Los Angeles would probably eat it up, and Sean figured they would get a crowd. Ryan noted USC has Indiana on deck. Sean said they will not look ahead to it. Ryan said the Ohio State and Oregon game had less pizzazz than it used to, then took USC as well and said he does not like it.
