Colby Dant got there first. He didn’t think Missouri looked incredibly good last week, he is done fading Kamario Taylor, and he isn’t about to get in front of it this late. Later in the segment he added that this Missouri roster isn’t as good as the ones of the past couple of years.
Sean backed Taylor against South Carolina last week and plans to keep riding him. His bigger point was the schedule. Mississippi State just won at Minnesota and at South Carolina, two road spots he doesn’t consider easy, and now gets Missouri at home in the middle of Taylor’s breakout season. He called the offense a juggernaut and this the best Mississippi State he has seen in a long time.
Kramer was all in and wondered who is betting Missouri at all. Sean’s answer was people who value the points, and he conceded Mississippi State’s defense hasn’t been amazing. Kramer’s one worry was a look-ahead to Alabama, which Sean waved off because this is the conference home opener. Kramer signed off calling Mississippi State back and better than ever, a Starkville reference that took Sean a second to catch.
