Colby went first and went with Missouri. Trinidad Chambliss was the Ole Miss backup behind Austin Simmons until Simmons got hurt, and Chambliss took off from there. Simmons is at Missouri now, and Colby thinks he looks great, so he called this a revenge game. He admitted Missouri has a bad record against ranked teams under its current head coach, but he charted the Ole Miss defense at 108 and has Missouri’s inside the top 30. With Texas next on the Ole Miss schedule, he took the points.

Sean signed on right after. He thinks the Missouri offense can stay in it, called 6.5 way too many points, and leaned on the history: the guys noted Missouri leads the series 7-1, with the only Ole Miss win coming in 1974.

Ryan wasn’t buying the look-ahead angle. His read was that Texas isn’t good enough to distract anybody, so he laid the 6.5 with Ole Miss. Colby came back hard, pointing to the Texas head coach running down Ole Miss during the off-season, and the segment ended with the two of them still on opposite sides. Along the way the guys also noticed the schools have played only twice since Missouri joined the SEC in 2012, which Colby blamed on the conference padding its schedules.
