Things aren’t going well at United, but Tottenham are also having a turgid season. Tottenham were knocked out of a second cup competition in under a week last weekend as Aston Villa secured a 2-1 win at Villa Park, following on from a 4-0 thumping against Liverpool in their EFL Cup semi-final second leg in midweek.
