Cleveland Cavaliers vs Boston Celtics

Donovan Mitchell has been a one-man show for the Cleveland Cavaliers on offense this playoffs. There were times in the first round when he scored more than half of his team’s points in a game. Conspicuously absent from the scoring leaders’ list, for the most part, was his backcourt mate, Darius Garland.

Garland didn’t have a great regular season, only averaging 18.0 ppg. And he’s been worse in the playoffs, with his scoring dropping to 14.9 ppg in the first round against Orlando. His line is set at 15.5 for Game 1 against Boston, a number he only topped twice in seven playoff games thus far this year. And Boston is just as ferocious on defense as Orlando is.
