Los Angeles Lakers vs Chicago Bulls
Start Time – 6:00 PM EST
Undefeated team #1 is the Los Angeles Lakers, who have won all three of their games in Vegas by double digits. Which is a bit of a surprise, as their team is bereft of name players.
But that often comes in handy in the summer, as the hungriest guys are the players on the fringes, battling to get noticed by an NBA team. With Arthur Kaluma (who?!) and Cameron Carr (who, part two?!) both averaging over 20 points per game, I think the Lakers go 4-0 tomorrow against the 1-2 Chicago Bulls.
Best Bet: Los Angeles -3.5 (-110)
Memphis Grizzlies vs Atlanta Hawks
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
The other remaining undefeated team is the Atlanta Hawks, who, at 3-0, meet the 2-1 Memphis Grizzlies tomorrow evening in the desert.
However, I think the Hawks lose their 0 on Thursday. The Grizzlies, in my eyes, should be one of the favorites to win the tournament, assuming they keep playing their best players (Cameron Boozer, Olivier-Maxence Prosper, Javon Small, Cedric Coward, Taylor Hendricks). Memphis plus the points looks mighty fine to me.
Best Bet: Memphis +3.5 (-115)
