But I’m going to brush myself off and get back on the horse for tomorrow – there’s plenty more college basketball to bet on. Seton Hall Pirates vs Villanova Wildcats
Start Time: 9:00 PM EST
If the bookies are correct – and they normally are – two out of the three games at Madison Square Garden tomorrow should be tight affairs. This game, between the #6 Villanova Wildcats and the #11 Seton Hall Pirates, is not one of those two games. This game should be a squash match.
With a 2-18 conference record, it’s no surprise that the Pirates are a dog in this game. Plus, the Wildcats beat them in both their matchups this season, and Seton Hall has lost six straight and 15 of their last 16 games – not exactly riding a wave of momentum into the postseason.
After crunching the numbers, I’ve got a line of Villanova -13.5, so the Wildcats on the spread is my best bet for tomorrow.
