Indiana Pacers vs Atlanta Hawks

Start Time – 7:30 PM EST

A banged-up Indiana Pacers squad will hit A-Town tomorrow to face the Hawks. The Pacers may be without their second and third-leading scorers – Bennedict Mathurin and Tyrese Haliburton – on Thursday night.

Even with a healthy roster, I still like the Hawks to cover against the Pacers tomorrow. My number for this game is only Indiana -0.5, so the value is on Atlanta’s end of the spread.

Houston Rockets vs New Orleans Pelicans

Start Time – 8:00 PM EST

The Houston Rockets may not be crashing and burning, but they could be running out of fuel heading into the home stretch of the NBA’s regular season (ok, enough rocket puns). Losers of three straight games, the Rockets also bring an eight-game road losing streak into New Orleans tomorrow night to face the Pelicans.

But the Pels could be just what the doctor ordered for the young Rockets. Despite reeling off a few wins lately, New Orleans still is not a good ball team and is only 11-19 at home. Houston -8.5 is my line.
