SWEDEN VS USA
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
The United States hockey team has lived up to their billing as the co-favorites (depending on your book) to win the inaugural 4 Nations Face-Off tournament, as they stand as the only undefeated team (2-0) left in the tourney and have already punched their ticket to Thursday’s championship game. But they aren’t just beating teams – they are crushing them, running up a 9-2 scoring deficit with their win against Finland and a contentious victory against rival Canada.
The only concern backing the United States tomorrow against Sweden is this game is meaningless to them. But even without their foot down completely on the pedal, the USA should handle Sweden and handle them by at least two goals. The United States on the puck line is my best bet for tomorrow.
