In a Sunday matinee full of big-name stars, the oldest of the bunch is the one I’m hitching my wagon to for my best bet. That would be 20-year pro Diana Taurasi of the Phoenix Mercury.

The 42-year-old guard is having a typically solid season, averaging 16.5 ppg. And that is the total of points we’re taking the over on for her game on Sunday against the Indiana Fever. The Fever have the league’s worst defense, and Taurasi has scored 17 or more in two of her last three games and four of her last six. The old dog still has plenty of bite left.
