The countdown to the NFL season is on. The Hall-of-Fame game is a little over a month away, and the first regular season game, Ravens vs Chiefs, is only 76 days away. Fantasy drafts are firing off or will be soon. Now is a great time to start digging through player props to see where players are expected to finish and make your bet on where they do finish. Let’s take a look at some of the best 2024 NFL player props best bets.
2025 Super Bowl LIX Odds and Best Bets – A Look at Every Team
2024 NFL Player Props Best Bets
Saquon Barkley Over 6.5 Rushing Touchdowns (-115)
The Philadelphia Eagles are locked and loaded in their attempt to make another run to the Super Bowl and have added Saquon Barkley from the rival New York Giants. Jason Kelce retired in the off-season, and while they have a strong replacement in Cam Jergens, who’s been preparing for this time, the “tush push” could certainly be less effective.
The Eagles likely will not use the Tush push as much in 2024. You’ve brought in a strong, elite running back. Why not save the abuse on Hurts? Can they still use it if they need to?
Absolutely, and likely they will. The Eagles were one of the most effective teams in scoring points last season and had 22 rushing touchdowns. Their offensive coordinator changed, which should be a good thing for the team. All Barkley needs to do is grab seven of those touchdowns.
The Giants were one of the worst teams in the league when it came to points scored in 2023, yet Barkley still managed to find the end zone six times. Now, you move him to a much more efficient system, and he only needs one more. In 2022, Saquon Barkley reached the end zone 10 times on the ground. I’d expect a lot more of that from the Eagles’ running back.
Anthony Richardson Over 550.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
Last season, the Colts rookie quarterback burst onto the scene in Week 1 with 10 carries for 49 yards. He followed that up over his next two games with 35 rushing yards and 56 rushing yards, respectively.
Richardson got hurt multiple times, with that fourth game being the final of his season. But over those three games, Richardson showed big-time explosiveness, rushing for 134 yards and on a 17-game pace of 759 yards on the ground.
Richardson’s health is a big question mark, but if he can stay healthy, he’s an elite rushing Quarterback who has the potential to smash this total early in the season.
Terry McLaurin Over 900.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
Scary Terry McLaurin is just Mr Consistent. Since coming into the league in 2019, McLaurin has gone over this receiving total each season, eclipsing the 1,000-yard mark in each of the last five seasons. During this time, the starting quarterbacks throwing to McLaurin have been Case Keenum, Dwayne Haskins, Colt McCoy, Taylor Heinicke, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Garrett Gilbert, Carson Wentz, and Sam Howell.
It’s not exactly a stable situation. Now, in 2024, you get him the second overall NFL Draft pick in Jayden Daniels. Daniels is coming into a situation with a pretty solid offense around him when it comes to weapons. Kliff Kingsberry joins the team as the offensive coordinator. Kingsberry is known for his high-flying offenses.
You saw CJ Stroud thrive with good weapons in Houston last season. Now, you just need McLaurin to do exactly what he’s done every season of his career? Sign me up.
Christian Watson Over 5.5 Touchdowns (+100)
There are a lot of questions about the Green Bay Packers wide receiver position. Who is the top dog, and which of their four options will take the lead role? What we do know is when Watson has been on the field, he’s been the go-to guy. In 2022 while catching passes for Aaron Rodgers, Watson racked up seven touchdown catches in just 14 games his rookie season.
Last year, Watson only played in nine games, so health is his biggest question mark. He was very efficient in those nine games, though, catching five touchdown passes.
Are you buying into Christian Watson as a bounce back candidate in 2024?
With an average of 15.0 yards per reception over his first 2 seasons, only 13 receivers with at least 100 targets over that span have a higher yards per reception average.pic.twitter.com/NxkrHwp6T9

Even if Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs, and Dontayvoin Wicks get their fair share of work, Watson is going to be involved plenty. In Jordan Love’s first season as the starter in Green Bay, he tossed 32 touchdown passes. If Watson can play more than half the season, getting one more touchdown than he did last year in nine games doesn’t seem like too big of a stretch.
Kyler Murray Over 21.5 Passing Touchdowns (+100)
Kyler Murray’s last two seasons have been marred by injury and missed games. However, Kyler enters 2024 with a solid base of weapons to work with on offense: a generational talent at rookie wide receiver in Marvin Harrison Jr., a breakout tight end in Trey McBride, and a solid run game with James Conner and rookie Trey Benson.
In Kyler’s first three seasons, when he played 16, 16, and 14 games, he tossed 20, 26, and 24 touchdowns, respectively. The Cardinals’ defense has some question marks, and that should keep this passing offense on the field a lot.
If Kyler Murray can make it through all the games, which, let’s be honest, goes for any player, he could ball out and clear this touchdown number on his way to being a strong fantasy quarterback for you as well.
