Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – November 24
Jayson Tatum – Lower than 0.5 Double-Doubles
Jayson Tatum not recording a double-double is a play I’ve made multiple times on Underdog Fantasy. The guy isn’t really that much of a double-double threat, despite posting back-to-back ones (this probably makes him even less likely to get another on Friday). Tomorrow he’s up against the Orlando Magic, who are a solid team this season with a strong defense.
Jordan Poole – Lower than 4.0 Assists
Jordan Poole doesn’t pass the ball – what is Underdog thinking?! He’s averaging 3.4 assists per game and has totaled three in his last two games combined. His assist totals over his last four games are three, four, one, and two. I think he’s going to be lower than four tomorrow against the tough Milwaukee Bucks.
Rudy Gobert – Higher than 2.0 Blocks + Steals
The Rudy Gobert-Minnesota Timberwolves marriage got off to a rocky start, but in Season 2 Gobert seems to be getting settled in. His steals and blocks are up in the range the Wolves were hoping for from the multi-time Defensive Player of the Year winner. Averaging 2.9 blocks + steals this season, and topping two in five of his last six games, I like Gobert to hit the higher for us on Friday.
