Week 6 of NFL action is here! It kicked off Thursday night as the Philadelphia Eagles traveled to East Rutherford to take on the New York Giants. Joe Flacco was traded from the Cleveland Browns to the Cincinnati Bengals and will immediately take over the starting quarterback position this week against Green Bay. It’s a week full of exciting matchups and storylines. Let’s head to the NFL Prop Shop and make our Week 6 bets bets.
Sunday once again starts with an early game. This time, it’s the Denver Broncos and New York Jets squaring off at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London. Kickoff is set for 9:30 AM ET. Seattle and Jacksonville square off in the 1:00 PM ET window in an intriguing game. The San Francisco 49ers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers headline the afternoon window. Sunday action wraps up with the Lions at Chiefs. Monday action includes another overlapping double header. The Bills at Falcons and the Bears at Commanders. Only two teams are on bye this week, the Minnesota Vikings and the Houston Texans.
NFL Prop Shop: Top Week 6 Player Prop Bets
Dak Prescott Over 245.5 Passing Yards (-115)
Thanks to a horrible Cowboys defense, their offense has looked great, and Dak Prescott is throwing the ball all over the yard. He’s thrown for over 237 yards in four straight games, and done so even against a tough defense like the Green Bay Packers. It’s nothing new for Prescott, who threw for over 240 yards in four of the seven games he played last year before his injury.
The Panthers haven’t played many quarterbacks that I’d put in the same category as Prescott this season yet. They blew out the Falcons, and got blown out so badly by the Patriots that they didn’t need to throw the ball. Kyler Murray tossed the ball for 220 yards, and then last week, Tua Tagovailoa exposed the defense and threw for 256 yards. The Panthers should be able to move the ball against the Cowboys’ defense, which will lead to Dak throwing the ball more.
Rhamondre Stevenson Over 43.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
This might be my favorite prop of the weekend. We can debate Stevenson and whether he should be the lead back, if his fumbling issues should cost him carries. But it doesn’t matter what we think; the Patriots have made it clear he’s their guy. He’s the one they give the ball to the most, and now they are going up against a bad New Orleans Saints defense.
The Saints have allowed four different players to go over this total in the last two weeks, and six players in total through five games. Expect the Patriots to run the ball early and often. Stevenson is due for a big yardage game, and he went over this total nine times last season behind a much worse offensive line.
Travis Etienne Jr Over 2.5 Receptions (+100)
Etienne has had a major resurgence in 2025 and has been a huge part of the Jacksonville Jaguars, starting the season 4-1. He’s done most of his damage on the ground, running all over defenses. But when he’s been less successful doing that, like last week against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Jaguars do a great job of finding a way to get Etienne the ball.
Last week, he had three catches on four targets, and he’s had at least three targets in three of the first five games. Seattle will be arguably the toughest defense they’ve faced so far. Look for them to get the ball to their stud running back.
Jonathan Taylor Longest Rush Over 16.5 (-120)
Jonathan Taylor has been one of, if not the best, pure rushing running back in the NFL this season. He’s broken a run of 15 yards or more in four of the Colts’ five games to start the season. Now he’ll take on the Arizona Cardinals defense that just gave up a 14-yard rush to Tony Pollard last week, behind the worst offensive line in the NFL.
Ken Walker, Sam Darnold, and Zach Charbonet each had a rush that went 15 yards or more in Week 4 against the Cardinals’ rush defense. Christian McCaffrey and Brian Robison both got to 15+ in Week 3. Even Alvin Kamara on a bad Saints team hit a rush this long against the Cards. Let the best running back in the league do his work.
