Billi (@SGPSoccer) breaks down the Matchday 4 EPL slate, which begins with an early kick off on Saturday (7:30AM EST), as Arsenal host Nottingham Forest. Arsenal will be looking to bounce-back from their loss at Anfield, while Forest – who lost four of their six visits to the top six last season – head to the Emirates having recently parted ways with Nuno Espirito Santo. Replacement Ange Postecoglou has had limited time to get to grips with his new squad, and he could begin life at Nottingham Forest with defeat.
Saturday will also see Tottenham travelling to West Ham. A game can change everything in football and following a dreadful start to the campaign, West Ham stopped the rot with a 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest before the international break. They will be hoping to build on that result against a Spurs side who were woeful in their 1-0 loss to Bournemouth, amassing just 0.2 expected goals. Tottenham’s loss (especially the manner of it) certainly brought Spurs fans back down to earth, after their great start to the season— which began with two wins from two.
