Can the Cleveland Browns Escape Quarterback Hell in 2026? | Stephie Smalls Show

MYBOOKIE BONUS

The Cleveland Browns may not be ready to win in 2026, but for the first time in a while, they might at least be failing with a plan.

On the latest episode of The Stephie Smalls Show, Stephie is joined by Footballguys analyst and sports betting expert Sam Wagman to examine Cleveland’s quarterback chaos, fantasy football options and most intriguing betting angles.

The biggest question remains under center. Deshaun Watson is still hanging around, Shedeur Sanders is attempting to close the gap, and nobody seems particularly thrilled about either option. Stephie and Sam debate whether Todd Monken can create a modern vertical offense with the quarterbacks currently available—or whether Cleveland will simply hand the ball to Quinshon Judkins until everyone feels better.

Judkins leads the fantasy discussion after producing 827 rushing yards and seven touchdowns during an injury-shortened rookie season. Dylan Sampson also earns consideration as a late-round option, while Harold Fannin Jr. receives praise with one important warning: the hype may have pushed his draft price too high.

The rookie receivers offer another decision. Sam prefers Denzel Boston’s immediate opportunity and pro-ready profile, while Stephie leans toward KC Concepcion’s long-term upside.

When the conversation turns to betting, neither host is rushing to wager on Cleveland’s 5.5-win total. They do, however, find several more entertaining long shots, including Boston for Offensive Rookie of the Year and Jared Verse to lead the NFL in sacks at 75-to-1.

The Browns may still be building for 2027. At least their suffering now comes with future draft capital.
