UFC 312: Du Plessis vs Strickland 2

My best bet tomorrow comes from the early prelims portion of the UFC 312 fight card, so tune in starting at 6:00 PM Eastern. And I’m going in on a UFC newcomer, Kody Steele, in his lightweight bout against Rongzhu.
First off – Kody Steele – one of the most American names ever, right?! Steele is an accomplished grappler who has only been fighting professionally in MMA since 2022. However, he’s a perfect 7-0 as a pro, and earned his ticket to the UFC with a body shot TKO over Chasen Blair on Dana White’s Contender Series last fall.
His four straight TKO wins, along with his strong grappling skills, make Steele a very dangerous all-around fighter. Steele’s opponent tomorrow, Rongzhu, got TKO’d in his last outing and has been susceptible to takedowns throughout his recent MMA career. Both things play into Steele’s strengths.
Unfortunately most gamblers seem to agree with me, because Steele’s number has been steamed up to from the low 200s to the high 200s over the past couple of days.
