Quinshon Judkins Higher Than 7.5 Receiving Yards
This has been something that treated us really well each round of this article, so we’re going to do it one more time for the national championship game. Take the stud running back’s super low receiving projection. These teams are facing strong defenses and quick short passes can get these explosive backs into space where they can move with the ball and create. That helps us hit these projections.
In last week’s game against Texas, Judkins’s projection was set at just 7.5 yards as well. He caught a pass for six yards on the very first drive and ended up with 22 total receiving yards. That’s the second time in three games Judkins passed this projection and the eighth time this season. The process has gotten us here, and we’re going to keep rolling with it.
Emeka Egubka Higher Than 53.5 Receiving Yards
Egubka is a projected first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft (Early First Round Mock). This will be his final collegiate game, and last chance to shine on the college field. Texas gave the blueprint to Notre Dame last week for how to shut down the Buckeyes stud freshman receiver Jeremiah Smith last week. I expect Notre Dame to employ a similarly focused defense on Smith this week, leaving Egubka to do the heavy lifting.
Egubka fell just 2.5 yards short of this projection last week, but he wasn’t needed as much as he’ll be this week. Notre Dame is going to make this enough of a game that Egubka will get his fair share. Before last week he’d cleared this number in two in a row and three of the last four. He’s gone over 54 yards on eight occasions this year. Big-time players step up in these games, and Egubka is a big-time player.

Riley Leonard Higher Than 35.5 Rushing Yards
This may be my favorite play on the Underdog Fantasy slate this weekend. Leonard is an absolute baller at quarterback for the Fighting Irish. They come into this game as big underdogs with a lot of injuries. It’s going to be up to the Senior quarterback from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina to put this team on his back and carry them.
Just like he did last week against Penn State when he got to 35 yards rushing, and against Georgia when he had 80 yards on the ground. Leonard has hit 30 rushing yards in 13 straight games, and only once this season didn’t get to at least 30. Nine times he’s gone over 50 yards, including 100 and 143-yard performances earlier this season. Leonard won’t quit until the final whistle, so if it’s an Ohio State Blowout he’ll still be giving it his all. If Notre Dame is going to make it a game, they are going to need Leonard’s legs.
Aneyas Williams Higher Than 24.5 Receiving Yards
Underdog is on to us. They sadly aren’t offering Jeremiyah Love’s receiving projection, but that’s okay. We’re going to pivot to Williams who is more than capable of producing through the air out of the backfield. Just look at the Penn State game last week where Williams had five targets for five catches and 66 yards.
It’s not the first time Williams has produced out of the backfield either. That’s three of the last six games that Williams has crossed the 25-yard mark. It’s no secret Notre Dame is going to have to dig deep and come up with big plays. Getting the ball into a player like Williams’s hands, could easily turn into a huge play and keep the Irish in the game.
