NBA Predictions & Preview For Friday, November 29th

New Orleans Pelicans vs Memphis Grizzlies

Boy oh boy is this a lost season in New Orleans, as the Pelicans are stinking up the joint. Despite this, we’re getting a favorable line for their game on the road in Memphis tomorrow night against the Grizzlies.

Despite continuous injuries, the Grizzlies are 12-7 and 8-3 at home. Advanced stats have them ranked as the seventh-best team in the NBA. This game should be Memphis -21 (yep, that high), so we’ve got plenty of value on the spread.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs Los Angeles Lakers

You can always count on the lines being skewed in Los Angeles Lakers games, and tomorrow is no different. Even with the best team in the NBA, the Oklahoma City Thunder in town, the Lakers are favored.

So we’re taking advantage of this Lakers’ bias tomorrow night. When it comes to advanced stats, no team in the league comes close to the Thunder’s rating this season. Despite being on the road on Friday, I have this game handicapped as Oklahoma City -9. Let’s go!
