After only having one game on the NBA schedule on Thursday, we’re up to 12 games on the slate for tomorrow. We should have ourselves some rested-up teams. Here’s your NBA predictions & preview for Friday, November 15th.
NBA Predictions & Preview For Friday, November 15th
Chicago Bulls vs Cleveland Cavaliers
Start Time – 7:30 PM EST
The story of the first month of the NBA season has to be the Cleveland Cavaliers, who are the last remaining undefeated team in the league, turning away their first 13 foes. And I expect them to get to 14 straight wins tomorrow night in Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.
The Chicago Bulls are in town Friday night, and they are out of the gate with a not-surprising 5-7 record (a surprising 4-3 on the road, though, which is a bit of a concern for my bet). My numbers have Cleveland as an 18-point favorite on Friday, and my numbers have been pretty reliable so far this season, so I’m going with them.
Best Bets: Cleveland -10.5 (-108)
Phoenix Suns vs Oklahoma City Thunder
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
Things were going swimmingly in the desert until the injury bug bit the Phoenix Suns (no surprise there). Their 9-3 record still has them near the top of the Western Conference standings, but now Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal are on the shelf, and the underlying numbers hint at the team having luck on their side up to this point (Basketball Reference has their expected record at 6-6).
The Oklahoma City Thunder, meanwhile, are a wagon, with or without Chet Holmgren. I have tomorrow’s game lined up as OKC -18, so I’ll take them on the spread we’re being offered.
Best Bets: Oklahoma City -7.5 (-115)
Overall Record: 16-8 (67%)
Profit (based on $100/bet): $686.07
Return on Investment: 29%
