After going black on Tuesday so players and staff could do their civic duty, the NBA is back up in full swing on Wednesday, with 12 games on the schedule. Here’s your NBA predictions & preview for Wednesday, November 6th.
NBA Predictions & Preview For Wednesday, November 6th
Golden State Warriors vs Boston Celtics
Start Time – 7:30 PM EST
We appear to have read the Golden State Warriors their last rites prematurely, as the powerhouse franchise is still breathing. Even when Stephen Curry was on the shelf for a few games, the Warriors kept on winning. With a 6-1 record on the season, they are one of the top-ranked teams in the NBA.
And they’re going to cover the spread for us on the road tomorrow against the Boston Celtics. The defending champs will be without Jaylen Brown, but even with him, I think Golden State would keep this game close.
Best Bets: Golden State +7.5 (+100)
Cleveland Cavaliers vs New Orleans Pelicans
Start Time – 9:15 PM EST
Eight up, eight down for the Cleveland Cavaliers and new head coach Kenny Atkinson this season. And I expect that number to get to nine tomorrow night in The Big Easy, New Orleans.
Not only are the Cavs beating all comers, but their average margin of victory is 13 points. This line tomorrow should be in that range, rather than the 7.5 points we’re getting them for. That’s even before you account for Zion Williamson and Jordan Hawkins being questionable for the Pelicans tomorrow, and Herb Jones, Dejounte Murray, and CJ McCollum out for sure.
Best Bets: Cleveland -7.5 (-105)
Overall Record: 4-4 (50%)
Profit (based on $100/bet): -($44.27)
Return on Investment: -6%
