College football was not good to me this past week, but tomorrow is Sunday which means the NFL is king. And it means I’ll be getting back on the winning track with my 55 straight days of football best bets. For my best bet for Sunday, November 3rd: NFL Predictions, we’re headed to Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium, where two skidding NFC South teams look to break out of their respective slumps. Which one will succeed?

New Orleans Saints vs Carolina Panthers
Start Time – 1:00 PM EST
Someone is getting a much-needed win tomorrow in Charlotte, as the NFC South’s last-place team, the Carolina Panthers, have lost five straight games, and the visiting (and second-to-last-place) New Orleans Saints are on a six-game slump. And my bet is the visitors are the ones that are going to leave the field in victory on Sunday.
Firstly, the Saints are getting their quarterback Derrick Carr back, which will surely help any team. This is especially the case for the Saints, as the motley crew filling in for Carr didn’t exactly excel in his absence. And, secondly, the Panthers are truly terrible, with Football Reference ranking them as the worst team in the league this season.
By my math, the line for this game should be Saints -14, so I’m quite comfortable with the seven-point spread we’re getting.
