Miami has finally returned to strength with Tua Tagovailoa back under center after an IR stint dealing with a concussion. Tua and the Dolphins picked up right where they’d left off and looked good in Week 8 against Arizona. Unfortunately, they came up just short, as the Cardinals won on a field goal as time expired. Now they sit at just 2-5, 3.5 games behind the Bills in the division race.
Buffalo is enjoying that comfortable lead in the AFC East, and a win this week would go a long way toward helping them win that crown. They come into Week 9 with a 6-2 record, winners of their last three games. They beat the Dolphins back in Week 2 by a score of 31-10, that game took place before Tua’s injury.

Devon Achane Over 85.5 Rushing and Receiving Yards (-119)
Devon Achane’s career is still young, but he’s had a lot of success against the Buffalo Bills so far. In their Week 2 loss to the Bills, Achane was one of the few bright spots for the Dolphins. He had 96 yards on the ground and additionally added a nice 69 yards through the air.
The Bills did hold him to 61 total yards in Week 18 last year, but in Week 4 Achane had 120 total yards against them. Last week Achane went off against the Cardinals with Tua back at the helm, putting up a combined 147 yards.
Buffalo Bills -5.5 (-120)
There are just some teams that have the other team’s number. This is one of those cases. The Buffalo Bills have had the Miami Dolphins number. Buffalo has won nine of the last 10 matchups straight up. They’ve won the last three, and six of the 10 by a margin greater than 5.5.
The Bills are one of the best teams in terms of ATS, with a record of 5-3 on the season. Miami has been one of the worst, with an ATS record of just 1-6. While it may feel like Miami should come into this game and keep it close with Buffalo, they generally don’t do that. Don’t fall for the number, and take the team who holds the others number.
