Sunday Night Football is another candidate for game of the week and the perfect way to wrap up a full day of NFL football! Two of the legendary teams clashing under the lights. Both teams in need of a big win to keep their season heading the way they had hoped it would go before the season. Let’s take a look at this Cowboys-49ers preview and predictions.
Dallas sits at 3-3 after Week 7, and not where the team hoped they’d be at. The Cowboys will be missing a couple of defensive stars in Micah Parsons and DaRon Bland. Linebacker Eric Kendricks and rookie defensive back Caelen Caron remain questionable.
San Francisco is also not in the spot they wanted to be at just 3-4. They’ve been decimated by injury this season of course with Christian McCaffery having not played a snap. Then last week they lost Brandon Aiyuk to a serious knee injury. Deebo Samuel was then hospitalized with Pneumonia after playing only four snaps last week. He’s questionable but likely to play. George Kittle is listed as questionable with a foot injury but I expect him to play. Juwan Jennings has also been ruled out of this game.

George Kittle Over 54.5 Receiving Yards (-129)
With Aiyuk and Jennings out of this game and the Cowboys missing some key pieces in their front seven, Brock Purdy is going to look for George Kittle over the middle, and Kittle is going to be there for him plenty.

Kittle has already been a force this season going over the 40-yard mark in all six games he’s played in. He’s gone over the 54.5-yard mark in three consecutive games and four of the last five. Expect a lot of targets and a strong day from Kittle.
San Francisco 49ers -3.5 (-118)
Neither team has been very good ATS this season, so it’s a game of pick your poison. As an SGPN employee not only am I obligated to pick against the Cowboys, they are a team that just can’t be trusted. They beat bad teams and fold against the good teams. Detroit winning 47-9 the last time the Cowboys played in Week 6 is the biggest example of that.
Kyle Shanahan knows how to get his team ready for a big game, and Levi’s Stadium will be rocking for home-field advantage on a Sunday night.
