SGPN Parlay For Friday (August 23rd): MLB Parlay

MLB Friday: Washington Nationals vs Atlanta Braves

Start Time – 7:20 PM EST

The Braves just came off a three game set with the Phillies where their pitching and defense did the heavy lifting. The Phillies, who are one of the best offenses in the game, managed just six runs in the whole series. The worst part is they didn’t even have to face Chris Sale, which is what the Nationals will get on Friday. As a result, I expect the Braves to only need a few runs here to clear the runline.

I’ll pair that runline with my favorite of Sale’s lines too. Because the Nationals make decent contact, you can get a decent number on Chris Sale’s strikeouts at over 7.5. He’s struck out at least ten in each of the last three games, so feel free to play that up if your appetite for risk is a little higher. However, the 7.5 gets the parlay to a place where I like it.
