Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – March 6
Chet Holmgren – Higher than 2.0 1st Quarter Rebounds
Holmgren has made it a priority to get on the boards early in the game as of late. In six straight games, he’s either met or exceeded this number (only once did he only match it). He’s averaging 3.2 in that span, which seems like a safe ‘higher than’ play. It also won’t hurt that Portland is 29th in the league in shooting percentage.
Ayo Dosunmu – Higher than 2.0 Three-Pointers Made
Here’s another trend that has had a wild run as of late. Since January 30th, Dosunmu has only come up short of this mark twice. He averaged 2.8 through the month of February and will get a chance here against a banged up Jazz squad, who is already 29th in the league at giving up three-pointers to opponents.
Keegan Murray – Higher than 20.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
In the last four games, Murray has been higher than this mark in all four. Twice he’s only needed the points to beat it and another time didn’t need any assists to get ahead. In his lone game against the Lakers this year, he went for 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. He’d need just a fraction of that here.
