NBA Picks February 26th
Brooklyn Nets vs. Memphis Grizzlies

Total: 216.5
Here’s one of those rotten games I alluded to in the opening. The Brooklyn Nets and the Memphis Grizzlies are a combined 41-72 this season, with Brooklyn losing four straight games and Memphis dropping 10 of their last 12 – blech. However, the Grizzlies have won two of their last three, so look out world. Do I take Memphis +2.5 here, or just take the Over on the total? Hmmm. I’m chickening out and just taking the total.
Best Bet: Nets/Grizzlies Over 216.5 (-110)
Miami Heat vs. Sacramento Kings
Tipoff – 10:00 pm EST
Spread: Kings -2.5
Total: 228.5
I don’t really get this line, but I’ll take advantage of it. Sure, this is the second night of a back-to-back for Sacramento after playing the Clippers in Los Angeles on Sunday. But Miami’s whole team will be on the sideline for tomorrow’s game, more or less. Jimmy Butler is suspended, Terry Rozier is questionable, Josh Richardson is out, and Tyler Herro is questionable, among many others. I like the Kings to cover the 2.5 points at home. No play on the total.
Best Bet: Kings -2.5 (-110)
