Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – NBA All-Star Game
Giannis Antetokounmpo – Lower than 10.5 Rebounds
Only one player in the entire All-Star Game last year went over this mark – and weirdly it was Jaylen Brown. People just don’t get in on the boards like they do in the regular season. You’d have to go all the way back to 2020 in order to find a game where multiple players got 11 boards. So if you think Giannis gets it here, you might as well bet him to be the top rebounder in the game.
Luka Doncic – Lower than 11.0 Points
Luka has been to four straight All-Star Games. The best point total he’s had in that span has been 8 points. It seems like he’s one of the few players that just doesn’t care what kind of numbers he has in a game like this. He only had 4 last year and played a meager 19 minutes. I expect more of the same from him Sunday.
Jayson Tatum – Higher than 24.5 Points
Maybe I’m riding last year’s action a little bit, but I think Tatum is the opposite of Doncic. He seems to actually care about putting up legacy games for the All-Star Game. He had 55 last year, half of that would be enough here. I think he does so with ease.
