RJ Barrett – Lower than 16.5 Points
For the second year in a row, RJ Barrett’s scoring average has dropped – from 20.0 to 19.6 to 18.2 this season. While 18.2 is higher than the 16.5 points he’s set at for Friday, he’s only scored 17 or more points once in his last five games. And he’s up against the Orlando Magic tomorrow night, who are among the elite defensive teams this season in the NBA.
Paulo Banchero – Lower than 7.5 Rebounds
I’m not sure why Paulo Banchero’s rebounds are projected this high for tomorrow, so I’ll definitely take the lower here. He’s only averaging 6.8 rebounds per game this season, and has only grabbed eight or more boards once in his last four games. Plus, the New York Knicks are the second-best team in the NBA in limiting rebounds to their opponents.
De’Aaron Fox – Higher than 30.5 Points
Yes, 30.5 points are a lot of points, but De’Aaron Fox is coming off a 43-point game against Portland on Tuesday. And he’s averaging 30.2 points per game this season. But, most importantly, he’s playing the Atlanta Hawks and their porous defense tomorrow night. Do you really think Trae Young and company can stop him?!
