Jayson Tatum – Lower than 27.5 Points
Boston Celtics’ star Jayson Tatum hasn’t had to be a lights-out scorer this season to help the team to the best record in the NBA. He’s ‘only’ scoring 27.4 points per game this season, down from a career-best 30.1 ppg last year. He’s gone lower than this 27.5-point projection in his past two games (including Tuesday against Cleveland, who he’s facing again on Thursday) and has only scored 28 or more points once in his last five games.
Kristaps Porzingis – Lower than 21.5 Points
Let’s take another Celtic to go lower in points, and predict Kristaps Porzingis scores 21 points or less tomorrow night. He’s gone under the 21.5 point mark in five straight games, including scoring 21 points on Tuesday against Cleveland on 5-16 shooting. Additionally, he’s only scored 22 or more points four times all season.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – Higher than 32.5 Points
A defensive juggernaut the Sacramento Kings are not, and they just so happen to be who Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is going up against tomorrow night. While 32.5 points is a lot of points, SGA has topped it twice in the last three games and three times in his last five games. I think he can do it again on Thursday.
