The two teams in the final, the Vegas Golden Knights and the Florida Panthers, are from warm-weather cities. Hockey purists aren’t too happy about this, but it seems like Vegas has become the public’s team. Although, the journey of Florida to this final and overcoming being an underdog is well respected.

Florida has down well on the road in the playoffs and it is a little shocking they are plus money in this one. Vegas has proven they are above the standard of an expansion team and will bring the fight against the gritty underdog Panthers. With the total goals being 6.5, you should take this if you think there could be a 3-3 game that goes to overtime.

There is a good chance the series can stretch to 7 between these two gritty teams, which sits at +225 odds. Due to this likelihood, an over of 5.5 games for the series seems like a lock.
