The return of Jon Bones Jones and Conor McGregor in the UFC light will be exciting to see for the sport, the guys break down a number of the UFC 285 fights and analyze the UFC 285 odds.

Tabitha Ricci vs Jessica Penne, Ricci -330, Penne +255

Ricci is a young up and comer who the public doesn’t know much about but has won a good share. Penne is older and more experienced, but the fight will be exciting. Ricci has never finished anyone though and is important to note and seems like a fight to help get Ricci name out there. She comes from a judo background and also knows jujitsu and is likely to win in a decision.

Cody Garbrandt vs Trevin Jones, Garbrandt -180, Jones +150

Garbrandt fights very hard and puts his body on the line, literally. Jones fights hard as well but has more skill to him and fights a cleaner fight. Getting him at plus money seems like an absolute deal. This is a prime example of the name of Garbrandt bringing him to being a favorite. Out of all variations, Jones ML seems to be safest.

Bo Nickal vs Jamie Pickett, Nichal -2300, Pickett +1020

Odds like this are wild and makes it hard to ever take someone like Nickal who is so heavily favored. In this situation though, Pickett is not a play. He struggles with wrestling and Nickal was a three-time wrestling champion at Penn State. Bo winning in the 2nd round is 5-1 which could be an interesting play.

Mateusz Gamrot vs Jalin Turner, Gamrot -215, Turner +175

Gamrot is taking this fight on short notice which makes it impressive that he is still favorited. However, short notice fighters only win a third of the time. Gamrot seems to have style advantages against Turner in terms of fighting which makes the -215 attractive when parlayed with a solid leg, such as an over of a certain amount of rounds.

Shavkat Rakhmonov vs Geoff Neal, Rakhmonov -535, Neal +390

This fight is another example of UFC trying to showcase a new fighter like Rakhmonov. However, with odds this high though, its hard to take Rakhmonov. Neal is legit though, and despite the potential storyline, it might be worth it to take Neal at +390.

Valentina Shevchenko vs Alexa Grasso, Shevchenko -815, Grasso +540

Valentina has been a beast for a very long time in this division and has showcased dominance, except recently. Still though, she should be able to beat Grasso handily and could legitimately beat her in early rounds, consider an under in rounds.

Jon Bones Jones vs Cyril Gain, Jones -160, Gain +140

Bones Jones being in Vegas for four days is not necessarily a very safe move. He has bulked up a good amount though, but it might not be the best weight. His recent fights have not been as electric as his past permits which is somewhat sad to see. Gain is a legit heavy weight though who boxes well and could give Jones trouble as long as the fight stays on two feet. Jones also has not fought for three years, and his last fight was not impressive at all.

UFC 285 Best Bets:

Kramer Lock: Nickal by submission

Kramer Dog: Cyril Gain to win, Nickal to win in 60 seconds

Sean Locks: Trevon Jones to win, Nickal by submission

Sean Dog: Jon Jones to win

Daniel Lock: Gamrot to win by decision

Daniel Dog: Cyril Gain to win
