NFL AFC Divisional Playoff Picks

After an incredible Super Wild Card Weekend, the NFL gets to show out again this weekend with a great Divisional Round slate. Nobody seems to be happier than the Giants fans right now who seem to have come out of the wood works. Both Sean and Kramer are happy to see NFC East Villain Jason Garrett seems to truly be what was holding Daniel Jones back. In this episode, Sean and Kramer will dissect the AFC matchups, Bengals vs Bills and Chiefs vs Jaguars.
Chiefs vs Jaguars: Chiefs -8.5, Chiefs -450, Jaguars +350, Game Total O/U: 43
The Chiefs have struggled to cover spreads as of late, yet the Jaguars are the pure definition of a wildcard. They were the truly a tale of two halves last week, led by Trevor Lawrence and his 4 picks, but they were able to pull off the come from behind win. Coaching will be a marquee matchup in this one as well as Andy Reid and Doug Pederson are both offensive geniuses. No matter how good the scheme is though, the players on the field need to produce.
The last time these teams played, the Jaguars were a missed field goal and missed extra point from an easy cover. Christian Kirk had a big-time game last time they met as well. Defensively, the Jaguars pass rush has amped it up this year and could make some noise if their secondary can cover long enough. Although, to think the Jaguars can go into Arrowhead and beat Patrick Mahomes is tough in itself. While the Jaguars will be able to move the ball, the game will be decided on just how much the Chiefs offense can dominate.
Bengals vs Bills: Bills -5, Bills -110, Bengals +190, Game Total O/U: 48.5
Bengals fans and players are rightfully angry as this game will be played in Buffalo. In theory, there are many arguments about what should’ve happened, but the Bengals will have to climb over adversity against Bills Mafia. Despite becoming America’s team overnight, the Bills have reeled a little bit. Josh Allen has been a little bit of a turnover machine this year with 7 turnovers over the last 3 games. Their defense couldn’t get one third down on Skylar Thompson.
Even though the o-line is withered, there is a strong belief Joe Burrow can get it done. His playoff track record so far is elite, and he seemed to be cooking with fire at the start of that Monday Night game against the Bills that unfortunately ended early. As long as they are able to scoop up chunk yards, they will expose the Bills defense. The guys think If Josh Allen throws a pick, the Bills will lose this game. Sean and Kramer both believe Burrow will defeat Allen this weekend.
Hayden Hurst has been getting plenty of attention and could be getting even more love if Burrow has to check down more. Upon the belief of the Bills losing if Allen throws a pick, you win more money by just taking Bengals ML instead of Allen to throw a pick.
