After an unsatisfying UFC 329 main event (sometimes bad things happen to bad people), the UFC machine rolls on, hitting up Oklahoma City for the first time in nine years this Saturday. For my MMA Underdog Pick of the Week: UFC Oklahoma City, I’ve got a live dog from the prelims. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Underdog Pick of the Week: UFC Oklahoma City
UFC Fight Night: Du Plessis vs Usman (aka UFC Oklahoma City)
Start Time: 5:00 PM EST
This Saturday’s fight card is looking quite chalky to me, at least on paper, which makes sense since favorites are winning at an unprecedented rate this year. However, there is one even-money fighter I like on this weekend’s prelims.
That would be Jose Delgado, who faces Austin Bashi in a featherweight matchup. Delgado is way bigger than Bashi (five inches taller, a four-inch reach advantage) and the better, more active, and more dangerous striker. With that amount of a length advantage, I see Delgado blasting Bashi repeatedly on the feet, and probably winning the fight inside the distance (he’s finished 10 of 11 wins inside the bell).
