Daily NBA Player Props – October 30th
Ausar Thompson – Over 6.5 Rebounds (-119)
We’ll start off a trio of rebounding props with the man who lead the Pistons in their last game. With Jalen Duren on the shelf for another couple of weeks, Ausar Thompson took the mantle and snagged nine on Wednesday. He draws a favorable matchup with the Nets, who largely have a small lineup. 6’9″ Julius Randle is leading that team in rebounds, which means Thompson should be able to find an avenue for seven here.
Rudy Gobert – Over 11.5 Rebounds (-110)
Gobert really struggled to find him moments in the paint in the Timberwolves last game. He snagged just four boards against the Warriors, which dropped his season average all the way down to 12.2 (3rd best in the NBA). That seems like a mere blip on the radar for the big man who has only been below a dozen once all season prior. He faces a Clippers team that is working with a banged up frontcourt.
Yaxel Landeborg – Over 7.5 Rebounds (-113)
Landeborg is another big man looking at a favorable matchup on Friday. The Lakers are 28th in the league in rebounding percentage and seem to be getting less out of their bigs than most expected. Landeborg, meanwhile, hasn’t been below nine rebounds in any of his last four games. Twice in that span, he put up a dozen and this prop seems comically low as a result.
