A big +1201 goal scorer parlay hit on Tuesday has totally turned things around for me in the early days of the NHL season. We just need to keep hitting those every once in a while, and we’ll be fine. Easy, right?! For my NHL goal scorer parlay for Thursday (Oct 8th): NHL Predictions, we’re off to the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, and the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta. Let’s hit the ice!
NHL Goal Scorer Parlay for Thursday (Oct 8th): NHL Predictions
Nashville Predators vs Montreal Canadiens
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
Two teams off to 1-1-1 starts, the Nashville Predators and the Montreal Canadiens, meet tomorrow in MTL. The Canadiens are surprisingly getting some spotty play from goaltender Jakub Dobes, leaving them among the league leaders in goals allowed.
So I’m going with Predators veteran Steven Stamkos to score tomorrow. He leads the Preds with three goals and eight shots on net, and has scored on Dobes in the past.
Colorado Avalanche vs Calgary Flames
Start Time: 9:00 PM EST
The Colorado Avalanche’s Nathan MacKinnon failed me on Wednesday, which probably means he’s due to score tomorrow night against the Calgary Flames. Regardless, I’m going with his teammate, Martin Nečas, instead.
The Flames lead the league in goals allowed per game, and Nečas is second on the Avs in goals scored (two) and shots on goal (eight).
NHL Goal Scorer Parlay: Steven Stamkos + Martin Nečas (+668)
Goal Scorer Parlay Overall 2026/27 Record: 1-7 (13%)
Profit (based on $100/bet): $501.00)
Return on Investment: 63%
