Tournament season rolls on in the college basketball world, and it’s almost time for the first batch of teams to punch their tickets to the Big Dance. Let’s make some money on the proceedings, shall we? For my best bet for Friday, March 7th: College Basketball Predictions, we’re checking in on the quarterfinal round of the Summit League Men’s Basketball Championship. Off to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, we go!

South Dakota Coyotes vs North Dakota State Bison

For the second straight day, I’m making a play on a college team called the ‘Bison’. You Americans have a thing with that animal (apparently, I do too).
We’ve got an all-Dakota matchup in one of the Summit League quarterfinal games tomorrow, taking place in a Dakota, as well. So it’s kinda a home game for the South Dakota Coyotes, but not really.
And I’m going with the #4 ranked North Dakota State Bison to top the #5 seeded Coyotes. The Bison beat the Coyotes by four and 26 points in their two meetings this season.
After crunching the numbers, I’ve come up with the line of North Dakota State -6.5, so the Bison on the spread is my best bet for the day. Then, hopefully, I can find another Bison to get behind for Saturday.
