New Orleans Pelicans vs Oklahoma City Thunder

Start Time – 8:00 PM EST

We’ve got a squash match scheduled for Oklahoma City tomorrow night. But, to be fair, most games involving the Thunder – at least on paper – are squash matches. But it’s especially true when the putrid New Orleans Pelicans are in town.

The Pelicans have been getting crushed, are especially bad on the road, and played on Sunday so this is a back-to-back. OKC -24(!!!) is my line, so the value is on the Thunder on the spread.

Best Bet: Oklahoma City -14 (-110)

Portland Trail Blazers vs Denver Nuggets

Start Time – 9:00 PM EST

The Portland Trail Blazers have been feisty lately, winning six straight before losing to Minnesota on Sunday. But the Denver Nuggets have been hotter, winning six straight heading into this game tomorrow.

So Portland has to play the second night of a back-to-back at elevation in Denver. And it’s against Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Denver -13.5 is where I have this one, so the Nuggets are the play.
