Tampa Bay Rays vs Atlanta Braves

Start Time: 12:15 PM EST

We’ll start things off in Hotlanta, as the Atlanta Braves and the Tampa Bay Rays conclude their three-game interleague series. Rays starter Nick Martinez is having an All-Star season, but he’s been a little home run susceptible, allowing dingers in three straight starts and five of his last six.

So let’s go with Braves starter Matt Olson to hit one out tomorrow. He’s among the majors’ leaders in dingers with 37, but he’s been in a drought. Tomorrow is a fine time to break out of it, as he’s taken Martinez deep twice in his career.

Pittsburgh Pirates vs Chicago White Sox

Start Time: 7:40 PM EST

I’ve realized I have yet to make a home run bet this season on the Chicago White Sox shortstop Colson Montgomery, who leads the team with 31 ding-dongs. Let’s change that tomorrow.

Montgomery, at least advanced-stat-wise, is having a worse season this year than his rookie campaign in 2025. However, he’s hitting a lot of homers, and that’s all we care about.
