This weekend brings us the fourth incarnation of Noche UFC, the promotion’s event celebrating Mexican Independence Day. While the days of this event being a card packed with title fights appear to be over, Saturday’s main event should at least deliver some fireworks. For my MMA Prop Play of the Week: Noche UFC, I’ve got a big money knockout prop from the prelims. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Prop Pick of the Week: UFC Shanghai
UFC Fight Night: Silva vs Delgado (aka Noche UFC)
Start Time: 2:00 PM EST
Two UFC newcomers clash on Saturday’s prelims, as Jessie Rosas of Mexico faces American Sean King, ‘Tachidito’ vs ‘The King of New Orleans’. And I was shocked to see the number attached to King’s knockout prop, +300.
When you watch King’s past fights, his explosiveness, both in terms of power and speed, jumps off the screen. He’s a powerful striker, and when he smells blood, he’s lightning fast, pouncing on his victim, going for the kill.
I expect King to have a distinct striking advantage over the grappling-heavy Rosas, while also having the grappling skills to keep the fight in his favor. Look for King to hurt Rosas on the feet and finish him with strikes.
