Golden State Valkyries vs Connecticut Sun
Start Time: 7:30 PM EST
This little “run”, if you want to call it that, for the Connecticut Sun, where they beat the league’s best team, the Minnesota Lynx, then covered the spread in the rematch, has moved them out of the basement of the league in terms of advanced stat rankings. But, at the end of the day, they are still a 5-17 team.
To make matters worse for the Sun, who are playing one of their few remaining games in Connecticut before moving to Houston next season, three of their top players won’t be suiting up tomorrow against the visiting Golden State Valkyries. At 6-4 on the road, the Valkyries are a solid away team. However, they may be without top scorer Gabby Williams tomorrow in Uncasville.
Even without Williams, my line is Golden State 10, so the Valkyries on the spread is my best bet for Friday. Don’t overperform for the third straight time, Sun.
