Atlanta Dream vs Golden State Valkyries
Start Time: 8:00 PM EST
The Atlanta Dream had their backs up against the wall heading into Game 6, and they responded in a big way, taking an 11-point victory over the Golden State Valkyries in Atlanta. Now the series shifts back to the Bay for one last game, winner-take-all.
And the bookies expect it to be a close one. Or they don’t have a clue as to who is going to win. You can get the Dream and the Valkyries both plus the points on the spread for Saturday’s game. This is surprising because, in my eyes, Golden State should be favored in this spot.
The Valkyries were a WNBA-best 17-5 at home at ‘Ballhalla’ this season, and have gone 6-1 on their home court in the playoffs. With the Dream already winning at the Chase Center this series, I don’t see it happening again.
My line is Golden State -3.5, so the Valkyries on the spread is my best bet for Saturday.
